It's said that teacher is a role model. He/she is a mentor, facilitator, and guide for the students. During student life, a teacher can enquire the IQ, EQ and SQ for each students. He/she can talk with each students and parents for their improvement, progress as well as for future Career. A teacher can not only teach his/her subject but also he/she can talk about job opportunities related to that subject. He/she can highlight the prospect of the subject what he teach towards students. This may reduce the problem of unemployment to some extent.
