The National Defence Academy (NDA) is a premier joint military training institution in India. It is located in Khadakwasla, near Pune, Maharashtra. The NDA serves as a foundation for future officers of the Indian Armed Forces, training cadets from the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force together before they go on to their respective service academies for further specialization.
The syllabus of UPSC- NDA/NA examination includes : -
(1) MCQ type written exam.
(2) Intelligence and Personality Test and
(3) Medical Fitness test

(1) Paper I ( Mathematics , Code - 01) ; 120 MCQ questions , 300 Marks , 2 hrs 30 min.
