SMASHBOX ALWAYS ON SKIN-BALANCING FOUNDATION & HALO 4-IN-1 PERFECTING PEN CONCEALER \ WEAR TEST

I love a good old fashion foundation review and I kept hearing the ‪@SmashboxCosmetics‬ Always On Skin Balancing Foundation might be the "Best Foundation of 2023", you know that I had to test it out on my combination, mature skin!
So, today I show you the results of my all day wear test, as well as the application and swatches of the shades L10N & L20N. I wore this foundation for just under 12 hours on the day of the wear test, with no primer and only powdered my face once to set it. I have to say, I am impressed. Since recording this video, I have worn it several times and also used primer. With the Smashbox Photo Finish Primer, it looks and performs even better and I find myself continually reaching for it. Although, I do have to mix L10N & L20N to get a good shade match.
I also try for the first time the Halo Health Glow 4-in-1 Perfecting Pen Concealer. That first impression was not as good.

We’re practically twins with color matches. I also live in Florida. The L10N is actually a perfect match for you as it blends with your neck & rest of your body. The L20 matches your face as you have some red tones in your face that make it appear darker than the rest of your body. My face is similar in that way. I tend to do like you, I don’t ever go the exact color of my face, then it looks too dark & doesn’t match the rest of my body. I go in between both & then extend it down my neck some, so there isn’t a line between my neck & face. Lol I hate when I see a lot of women wearing too dark of a foundation & then have super light necks. Looks like they’re wearing a mask lol. Good review thank you. I also love Haus Labs foundation it’s gorgeous. Looks like you’re using a filter when pics are taken. Very lightweight with lots of coverage, yet natural looking. It wears all day so good!! 💖🙂👍🏼

Thanks for sharing. My problem is I spray tan a lot, so I tend to go a little darker to match my body. If I really love a foundation, I will have it in 2 shades. With this one, I like mixing the 2 shades. Fortunately, I really like it so I don’t mind having 2 shades.
