I know these things, I tried several times writing best Proposals but nobody accepts new profiles without any reviews. We are also limited with connects.
Well, sometimes it takes time to get a job successfully, but there is always opportunities available for Beginners Brother. Once I was a beginner who hadn't a review. My friends and students who are being successful recently hadn't reviews on their profiles, but they tried best and got jobs :) I would suggest you to keep trying, this is the only way to get success:) Best wishes

Please read the job overview few times to catch the problem client needs the solution for, while you apply - write unique proposal mentioning the process how you will help your client briefly. Keep your proposal short, but focus on the problem and solution on the cover letter. Please make sure your writing is grammatical error free. I have been longing to land myself an online freelancing Job as a beginner, starting with Data Entry. My challenge is how to write a catchy profile that would enable me get client as a beginner (Data Entry Job) despite my IT expertise. I had MSc in Communication and Information System Engineering ,BSc Computer Science and Diploma in Computer Engineering /Networking. I am into 5G/UWB Notch Antenna Design and have published some scientific papers. Also good at computer application to business transactions using (Excel, Access & Ms.-Word). I Have years working experience ,but I want to go into a freelancing job which will enable me to have time for other program. Also can I be able to find a job in these Core-IT field? I still need your contact email for consultation processes if you do not mind.
Thanks for asking Brother, but reality is- no tools provides us 100% valid emails. But they help us speed up the process of data collection. To get the best accuracy, we have to do the verification manually. Anyways- I mostly used Hunter to find business emails and Nymeria to find personal emails, and contactout to collect both personal email and phone number associated with a LinkedIn profile.
