I sometimes hear that the brilliant classical compositors -- Mozart, Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Paganini, Vivaldi, Wagner, and so on -- wrote music what would be the heavy metal of their times, just with the instruments that were available before electricity. Videos like this one prove this point in an astonishing way.

If Chuck had been still here, the collaboration between Death and this pianist would have been amazing.

Crystal Mountain is one of my favorite songs, period, because of the work Gene does on the bass drums. The way you've translated this to my other favorite instrument is simply amazing.
