The sign of a well written piece of music is that it transfers well between any medium / instrument, and genres. Chuck Schuldiner was among those genius songwriters

So if that beautiful choral piece loses something when transferred to kalimba, does that mean it's not well-written? I think the criteria is that a well-written piece of music sounds good on whatever instrument(s) it was written for and everything else is a bonus.

I sometimes hear that the brilliant classical compositors -- Mozart, Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Paganini, Vivaldi, Wagner, and so on -- wrote music what would be the heavy metal of their times, just with the instruments that were available before electricity. Videos like this one prove this point in an astonishing way.

This is a great way for people who dont like metal to understad what a genius Chuck Schuldiner was. This is true for the late Alexi Laiho also. You make them alive again, you are amazing❤
