she was such a beautiful, kind and positive woman, she was so brave and stayed as happy as someone could possibly be going through something as terrible as brain cancer. I bet she's missed more than well ever know. I hope Tate grows up and shares his mom's kindness with the world.

Losing my hair would be hard for me too. Thankfully, you have so much of it that the impact is much less than most people. It's interesting your perspective when you see someone who has lost hair is that they are weak. I actually have always thought the opposite...granted, it's always been when someone is out and about living their normal life and not necessarily in a hospital bed. When I see that person in the grocery store, walking his/her dog, etc., I see a very strong person who has gone through or is going through a tough physical and emotional situation that I can only imagine. I admire that they are carrying about their normal life and I pray that God continues to strengthen and heal them. Every video I watch of you...hair or no hair...I see a strong woman who will do everything it takes to rid herself of a nasty tumor and the main way she does this is by relying on our heavenly Father and keeping a positive attitude. You got this!
I know losing your hair has to be so hard yet you do it with such beauty and grace. You're a wonderfully courageous woman. And you don't look sick or weak sweet Alicia!! Thank you for sharing your journey. We're praying fervently EVERY day, numerous times. :)

You are amazing with or without hair. My mom lost all of hers and it was hard, but she rocked it and you will too! She was strong and so are you. I see a fighter when I see you, never weakness! Keep going strong you are a blessing to all of us!! Hugs!

i am old enough to be your mom and i wear my hair short and layered. your hair is beautiful and i can't imagine how hard this must be for you. my hair is so thick and i look silly with long thick hair, and oh yeah i am only 4'10". In honor of you instead of shaving my head which would be easy for me since it is only 2" long now how about me not cutting it all the rest of the time till dwight is gone and then i will send you a pic! Then i will wait for it to be long enough to donate and will cut it back to 2" and show you the beautyshop pic. I am cancelling my hair cut I had scheduled! Go team Alicia!
