I'm sorry but that's a really really bad cover. You detune the song so that you can sing on it because you can't go low on the octaves. But that's not the way it's meant to be played. It's just horrible. I'm not trying to be rude ok, I just tell you what I think. Greetz from Spain.
Hey Short, sorry you didn't like my version. I will say that the reason I changed the pitch of the song was because of Mark's extremely low bass voice didn't translate up to my alto voice in the same key. It's totally fine if you don't like my interpretation as I know covers of popular songs can sometimes seem like musical sins, but just know that I love this song too, and this is how I chose to express it.
