    Aisa hai sir. 1 acre ke badle 1200 ya 1100 whatever jagha vali investment me kabhi bhi investor mar nahi khata. Land ki registry investor krwata hai. Land to investor ke naam hi hai. Usne to ek 2-3 saal ke time period ke hisab se agreement krna hai landpooling ka. Agar us time period me builder nahi kar pata project pura to bhi to land investor ke naam hi hai na. Wo us builder ke sath nahi to aas paas kitne projects hai kisi ke sath bhi landpooling scheme me ja sakta hai. To is mamle me to apki information mujhe thori weak lagi. Don't mind. But practically maine experience kiya hai. Landpooling me mera paisa kabhi mara nahi. Infact 2 se 3 guna zyada return hi aya hai. 5 laga kr maine 12 minimum kamaya hai.
