Thank you so much for such a helpful demo of cleaning!! I used old tweezers to pull out stuck hair from small wheels, it worked great. I washed the rollers, dry them out and now it looks very clean. Thank you, amazing video.
Thank you for the kind words. So happy the video was helpful. Have a great holiday.
How about the small wheels that are at the front of the head. Mine have hair trapped I can't get out . Long hair rolled in. Thanks
Same prob and been looking for a video on this.
@minamimi2700 I've been using a very small screw driver and Poppin them out carefully. You can try just be gentle the one I bent a little

that’s how you do it! i searched for hours when i needed to clean mine, and did exactly what that vid does & it worked !!
Thank you so much. I was just on the Shark website to get a Chat bot, which was asking me to provide name and email, but didn't use that information to find my registered Shark Cordless Pro. After that, it asked for the model number! Twice I asked if there was a video on the website that I could access. I got no response to that, but only an AI-generated, written "steps tof follow". After more than 25 minutes dealing with the bot and its long pauses between texts, and no useful help, I turned to RUclips in desperation and frustration. What a relief it was to find your video! BTW: I wrote to the bot that I thanked God for your channel and actually put the link to this video in the chat with the bot!
Wow…thank you so much for the kind words! Super grateful! So glad my videos helped. Btw…I love my shark!
Okay- I got this shark cordless pro
a year ago and it stopped working
I cleaned the filters.
Tried again and it stopped when I turned on the ‘power boost’
So then I found this very good teacher on RUclips.
I knew zip about taking off that roller- but when I did- I used some very long handled ‘pinchers’ to reach inside the elbow shaped tubing for stuff that might be stuck.
OMG.
I pulled out 4-5 cups of thick compacted chunks of hairy CRAP.
I IMMEDIATELY sent a picture of it & YOUR video to my kids.
Thanks!!!
So happy it was helpful. 😃
You covered everything except how to clean the sensor if it get dirty
I’ll have to do that one in the next video
Thank you so much! Removing the power fin rollerbrush was a mystery to me as the info was not even in the online manual nor support forum of the manufacturer. I didn't want to break anything but I know I needed to clean the rollerbrush and container! Kudos for making this video with clear instructions!!!
Your very welcomed. Glad you got some good info from the video. Grateful for your comments.
Getting the brush roll out was what I needed help with! Shark recommends just cleaning everything including the roll and filters just with water and it did well enough for me but your video was awesome to give me confidence in doing it myself!
So happy to hear! Grateful for u watching.
The best way for me to clean those tiny front wheels is put a smal slotted flat head scewdriver in between the head and wheel and pry it out, slowly amd smoothly no jerky motions.
Those wheels get filled with my dogs hair
@@TheBuscemiFamily mine too and i found without actually taking the tiny wheel and little axle out. It takes twice as long to clean
Handle tube hard to pull apart from motor assembly on portable wireless vacuums. Pushing button then pulling to separate is difficult because I can’t see the seems between the two. So now I have marked both with white tape to see the seem. 6:15
Man! I’ve been trying for the longest to clean this part of our vacuum. All I was able to do is unlock that one pin 😭. If I knew all I had to do was pull that thing exact thing out all this time 🤦🏾♀️. God bless you man! Cuz the manual was useless for this part
lol…glad the video helped. Appreciate u watching
Thank you!!! You’re a helping the world to be a better place one lady at a time 😊
🤣🤣🤣🤣 You win the Buscemi Family Channel best ever comment!!
Great video! Super helpful, thank you!
Thanks so much for watching! 🙏🏼
Did I miss you replacing or blowing out the round filter surrounding the motor behind the wire cone? I use dust-off canned air. Helpful video regardless.
Thanks for the video, didn't know how to clean the filter.
My pleasure…Thks for watching
Hi do you know which Amazon item to buy three new filters?
Why not just wash your filters?
@@TheBuscemiFamily I have for three years but two of them are starting to peel.
Can you sumerge the cabestre in water? Like clean it in the kitchen sink?
Just as long as no electrical components are being submerged. Obviously that’s very dangerous and will ruin the machine
Omgeee so glad i found your video! Searched online manual and ZERO instructions for removing roller! My vacuum had 6 months of dog hair! Sprayed with all natural cleaner and still smells;I hv 1 dog. Can i wash under cold water with mild soap?
I think so but it’s f course make sure it’s fully dry before you put it back in.
IT WORKED! wash under cold running water with foam hand soap, let sit on deck whole day! No longer smelly and vacuum is just like brand new!!!! Thanks for tip on washing the 2 filter pads! Washed with roller, let dry 24hrs, and just vacuumed. THANK YOUUUU!!!!
@@michellegrimes8015 so happy to hear! Appreciate you watching the channel and that it was helpful.
Thank you bro bless you and your family
Thanks buddy…same to you! God bless!
This helped me so much
Can you wash the roller brush?
I do…I take another brush and brush away all the debris and put it under water and was it with dish soap. Of course I wait till it’s dry before putting it back in
So helpful-thank you!
So grateful for the kind words. Thanks for watching
Thank you!
Thank you so much
Your very welcomed! Appreciate you watching.
I don’t have a Gray screw, I searched for a specific model number. To see how it works on the Shark Cordless stick I got! The one with 3-4 different Security screws keeping the roller unattainable. Thanks for showing me how it could work if had your vacuum instead of one I can’t clean, change a belt, unplug!😳
Is that RUclips or Google’s integrity. Give them Something to watch, let them eat Cake! Here’s mine . Big Hat No Cattle! Oh well it’s ones personal intention
It’s like Shark doesn’t want you to get to the roller lol. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help. There’s gotta be a way tho
😊Thanks for this video it helped me take care of my new vacuum- I have the exact same one and I love it 😊much appreciated!!!
Glad I could help! Thanks you for the kind words!
