آیا امکان دارد کتاب یا منبعی معرفی کنید که شامل سوال‌ها و جواب‌هایی باشد که در پذیرش مراکز بهداشتی به کار می‌رود؟ مثلاً سوال‌هایی که مشتریان می‌پرسند و پاسخ‌هایی که پذیرش می‌دهد، یا برعکس.

Can someone help me?
Take a look at these two sentences:
I go to store everyday.
I go to the store everyday.
I think both of them are grammitacally correct but in one of the youtube channels the first one was considered as a wrong sentence.
In my opinion both of them are correct.
The first one means going to store is my daily routine but not a specific store and the second one means going to a specific store is my daily routine.
I need help.

You’ve answered your own question already, Farideh!
However, your second sentence is incomplete!
- I go to grocery store every day. (Any grocery store)
- I go to the grocery store near me every day. (A specific grocery store)
As you can see, you wouldn’t use article THE if you didn’t want to specify which grocery store you go to every day.
