Red, White & Blue Eclair Cake | 4th of July dessert | Patriotic dessert | Easy no-bake dessert

A twist on my eclair cake just in time for summer and 4th of July. Recipe below.

What you need for this eclair cake:
9x13 pan
1 box of graham crackers
2 - 3.4 oz. boxes of instant pudding (vanilla or cheesecake)
1 - 8 oz container of cool whip thawed
1 block of Crean cheese softened
2 1/2 C. Milk
fruit - I used strawberries and blueberries, but you could use whatever you like.
