    hi! at about the 11:17 mark in your video when you are sliding the peridot onto your wire to begin wrapping around the second leg of the earring frame it looks like you have silver spacers on each side of the bead? I love these they are beautiful! Thank you for he tutorial!

    • @justynasart

      Thank you so much! Yes, I decided last minute to add those wavy spacer beads with the peridot. I’m glad you liked them! 😊

    I really love these earrings! What options do we have if we can’t afford sterling silver wire? I usually use silver coated copper wire (I don’t care for copper/gold colors), but you can’t really hammer that without the silver coating getting all messed up.

    • @justynasart
      @justynasart  5 месяцев назад

      Hi, I used solid copper wire to make my first hammered pieces.

    On the ear wires, I would caution not to flatten the wire where it goes through the ear. This may result in stretching the piercing. Hammer with a nylon hammer or rawhide mallet to work harden the wire.

    • @justynasart
      @justynasart  4 месяца назад

      Thank you for the advice! I only hammered the front of the ear wires and left the part that goes through the ear unflattened. I use a nylon hammer to harden the wire, so it should stay safe for wear! 😉👍🏼

    Extreme newbie. Love this. I’m curious about your desk. Do you have a piece of suede across your workbench?

    • @justynasart
      @justynasart  6 месяцев назад +2

      Hi, welcome 🤗
      Yes, it is a piece of suede. It is very useful for catching small pieces, scrap when working. It creates nice non slip surfaces. I got it from someone who wanted to throw it away.

      @@justynasartI’m looking for an ideal workbench to fit my space and I would love a set up like yours. I have tools and wires now so this is a new beginning 😄

      @@ddPebbles51How exciting! 😁 At the moment I use just a table and IKEA drawers on both sides but I will be adding a jewelers workbench very soon, as I am going to learn new techniques and I need more space for all the new tools 😅🤯

    Why is nobody talking in thier videos.
    If you're not going to talk please put up some instructions. I will not subscribe to a person that doesn't talk to any videos.
    This is some constructive criticism, not a troll attack. Trolls are mean , and ruthless. Trolls Exist they steal your socks.

    You might want to talk to your audience next time and describe what and why you're doing what you're doing.

      Thank you for your advice 🙏🏻😊 I’m working on gaining my confidence and learning how to film and edit videos at the moment… and it’s a lot 🤯. Talking to a camera sounds terrifying, especially when English isn’t my first language. Small steps at a time.😉
