Hi Paul. Is there any flooring that you won’t clean area rugs on? Like hardwood. I’m always worried about some moisture coming through the bottom and ruining the floor underneath.

If it’s heavily soiled to the point to where I can’t use my method, then I refer it to a rug spa. We just lightly missed enough to get the rug, clean from the top of the carpet just to the bottom of the fiber, but not beneath. I do carry tarps with me as well that I can leave behind with a customer if need be.

Clueless. Read a book. Ask a professional about these rugs.

I'm sure you're an expert at at lease one thing. It probably just slipped your mind.
