Nah just weld through primer on the places that join when welded, but I’m putting POR15 rust converter paint everywhere else as a sealer. That is the black stuff you see under the sill before I put the outside on
You’ve made quite a few mistakes there I see first rule always trial fit parts first and set your gaps properly before fully welding aka good luck with the guard gap to the end of the sill panel and front of the door ..second mistake I’ve learned on Eh holdens always fit the whole sill panel don’t be scared to cut open the quarter panel and the inside of the wheel arch for hand access on butt welding hammer and dolly work 3rd mistake is being fooled by a rotisserie quickly lose your gaps with out front sub frame and guards on .. EHs are a beautiful thing anyway good luck
Are you planning on hitting all of the hollow spaces in the car with weld through primer like you mentioned you'd do on the hollow space at 13:30?
