You cannot build anything more than 5 stories for residential use unless it for office use with elevator included in the plan. Or you might get an approval if you know the right people and spend tons of cash in bribery lol 16 stories will be great though 👌🏾

The culture of lies and theft need to change in Sierra Leone. Nice effiort Madam Engineer. This work that seems simple is technical and backbreaking.....Can this process be mechanized Sierra Leone? The concrete mixer machines are cheap but more efficient. Nice calculations you were announcing. But the machines can do all that cheaply and very fast......Automation and innovation are modern and effective ..... Upskill the people.
