I think one solution to the build limit would be to just break all the floors and foundations on the ground of your base and just do pathways instead of a complete covered floor, after that the only thing i could think is trying to optimize the building process trying to use the biggest pieces possible everytime, maybe removing decorations or some complexity of places you dont go too often might help too
One suggestion for the build limit problem is your floors covering the entire area. It still looks like you have smaller grey floor pieces placed underneath the large brown floors! Just a suggestion that might help!
You could use the wall pieces and make a shrine shaped like the iconic yellow gates in the center of your base as a reminder of the yellow-gate shaped holes in our hearts in your main base so the change doesn't hurt as much.

Heres a great tip for builders Holding the snap mode button while placing on top of stuff makes it so the desired item wont detach from the your item your trying to connect it to but this wont work on chest or boxes and explosives eg. Placing a small foundation on top of a wide foundation while holding the snap mode button will stop it from going more then 0 studs away
I've tried the gliding method you showed in a video about repeatedly doing a pickaxe swing in the air and open and close the glider and man, once I got the hang of it not only the distance I could travel is huge but also I preserve a lot of stamina. I suggest you do a tutorial on how to perform it for those unaware of this cause this is so useful. Another thing is I've just build my first grappling hook so now my movement is not only more swift and efficient, also much more satisfactory and fun. And there's people wanting to build vehicles having this, it is crazy...
Js a good tip w the grappler is that the chest durability glitch still works on it so I'd recommend you do that to preserve the grappler instead of having to build a new one
you should start building famous places and buildings. it would be a cool couple projects and video ideas, could also add poles in videos to see what people would like to see. but once again another great video Kaz love it keep up the good work
I think the minute you connect flooring from the two massive buildings it all adds up as one building and that's why you're getting the warning again. I think that's how the Legos work there's a max limit of how many Legos can be combined

Kaz about adding the villager to the raft I think you should try putting the bed on the rock near the raft, it probably work cause the rock originally connected to the ground so its register as floor.
did you know you could get rid of trees from ever respawning by digging it up? When it pops up as a little plant, after you break it ofc. You use a shovel.

You need to rotate your railing. If you switch the orientation for each side when you double stack them, the center ornament should match together.
