This application is the worst I ever had. Tons of bugs. You never know if files are synced or no. There's forever "Syncing" status. You need to login on web/phone app to see if the files are there. If you're trying to take out the files from the vault, app hangs or copy/move empty files like 0 B. From time-to-time Windows app loses access to the lockers so you need to restart it. Don't use this crap. Waste of money... I have this only because I bought a year plan with 2TB for very low price. It's not worth using even for free... You may lose your data by whatever reason because this shit hangs.
you can not view the files while it is in coud you even can not see it when you move it to your device. it only shows it if the file is both on your device and on the cloud at the same time. but synch takes a billion years even with just 1 file that is not even 5mb in size so i highly reccomend not to use it

is it possible to preview and play back a video file while its on the Nordlock cloud? ( like in onedrive for exmpl.)

Same experience here. Worst product ever. 2-5mb chunks take ~1min to sync, sync breaking, desktop app fails to unlock

Hi - I've just clicked "Move" after moving folders to Nordlocker, and now I can't view the files. I'm assuming they're encrypted now?
