Oops. Called the demon centaur demon berserker and didn't notice xD. My bad. Lemme know how the vid was guys! Hopefully it's helpful for y'all gettin down in solo inferno and chasing that ap.
There’s a safer centaur riposte method for his horizontal where you duck under him like normal, and catch his pole arms handle by facing straight up and off to your left during the attack. So even if you get bad desync, or you miss, you don’t get hit because you’re still under the swing. I just covered this method a few nights ago
Loving the longsword as a warlock. It is very satisfying getting that riposte off. I was trying to get better at the mobs in hell too, but it just wasn't coming along too well (especially for the axeman), but this video was very helpful. Thank you
i find centaur and berserker can be pretty intimidating so another great break down for those. I also find on axeman I would tend to strafe right, but left does make alot more sense with his follow up side swing. Nice work again longsword father!
Awesome video. I noticed they changed something with the axemen recently that's made the right strafe much less consistent. I've tried left a few times will less success but seeing how consistent you are i'll have to give left some more practice. Awesome info about the nightmare axeman and centuar. Those two are a pain purely because of how much reach they have.
@@oggieson wouldn't be opposed to that but I also wouldn't mind keeping it this way. Tbh as a solo barb with no real blocking mech and no actual range, hr hell can be a lot sometimes 😂 especially if you get quickly pushed to that room with the berserker, all those zombies, the dogs, skellies, demon bat, and centaur
Vid looks good, idk if you have thought about doing a cyclops parry video but its a fun boss with parries, i actually started making a video on it and my lord does a quality video take some time to make, really makes me appreciate the videos even more.
Video editing is pretty lengthy work for sure man. Keep at it with your vid if you've already started though!

Great video as alawys, good tipps i def use. I know everyone has a different kind of parrying, maybe you can ask sparkykawa next time awell if you encounter a mob that people parry differently ( in this video berserk) i saw him doing it pretty consistent with the crouching and catching the attacks. Might be a cool addition. Anyway great vid as always, fuck the axe man!
I noticed from the opening clip that you parry the spearman with your blade almost parallel to the spear swing. Is there a reason you dont step left slightly and turn a little right so there is more coverage to prevent the spear from going to the side of the blade and hitting you?
Used to be if you strafed too far left it would stop doing the overhead and do the annoying horizontal swing. Haven't changed up my method in awhile so might not do that anymore.
@oggieson7962 very much so and highly appreciated, the schooling/work you shared is a real game changer for me (and no doubt many others) that is a fact.
No way, I watched your 1 month old parry to train and next they I am seeing this. I feel special, The falchion and arming sword I am having hard time parrying, how do I do that

Definitely helped a ton my man. Appreciate you.
Skeleton Axeman...
THAT monster should be a boss, I'm not kidding.
i think the axeman is realy easy when he is alone, but if there is any other mob u are fucked.
Also in tight corridors, axeman is a menace
Nightmare axeman is something else for sure
@@nosferatuz2112I don't have enough ms to run past the axeman unless I rage and I can't use a shield 😢
@@GrimmReaperRL I play with 85% move speed and just circle him to the right while crouching and looking down. Also works against nightmare axeman.
You’re a legend brother!

True this method also works. Should have brought it up like I did with the berserker as well.

Centaur is probably the easiest mini boss in the game. Now when I see him I just smile knowing imma get that ez ap
I agree about centaur. Would like to see an attack animation update on him to make it more dynamic and not as simple
