I have a great Perpetual Groove story. Went to see them in 2006 in Royal Oak Michigan for my birthday. Got to the show early, so me and my date went inside, and the entire band was standing at the bar near the venue entrance. I elbowed her and said, "hey, that's them", so I played it cool and asked the bartender for a pen or a sharpie so I could get an autograph, the band heard my request. Brock was extra kind and offered to take a picture, it was dark inside, so he even walked outside with us to take another one, I still have that picture. He asked if I had a favorite song, and shouted out my name on stage before playing it and said happy bday. What an amazing night, thanks guys!
Been following these boys since 2002-2003. Still one of my favorite bands. My old boy David Serber used to set up the sound for them back in the Savannah days. We would party with them every show. I remember those days fondly.
Savannah Pgroove is some of my fondest of life memories. The harder life is at the time, the harder the music hits I think. Such a treasure and a gift having music to enjoy
