  • Veganism isn't a one-size-fits-all solution, and I this firsthand as I incorporated elements of a vegan eating style since 2016. In 2019, a game-changer happened at Your Vitamin Lady in ATL during her Blood Type Workshop.
    At the workshop, I discovered the foods that align with my blood type (A) - meats, veggies, spices, and more. For 30+ days, I exclusively followed their 'therapeutic foods list,' coupled with their detox, witnessing a remarkable reduction in inflammation in my ankles, knees, and abdomen. My skin rashes vanished, and I felt like a whole new person.

    Thank you for sharing! How did you feel after the 30 days? I’m also A+ and see that most of my diet is from the inflammatory side 😂 I’m so sad lol I am allergic to several foods on the therapeutic side. I’m going to be so hungry.

      @@bcoral8101 trust me I understand. My diet consisted of the inflammatory side too but I also knew that feeling discomfort in my knees and ankles at 30 was just not cute for me lol. After 30 days I lost so much weight, could do yoga better, walked and hiked with no ailments, and my skin started clearing up that I kept it up for 60 days. To me, it was about pushing past my taste buds to see how much better I could be with sticking with the therapeutic foods. ChatGPT can help you make meals with the list. Just enter all the foods you can eat from or check out some recipes on Google! You can do it beautiful!

      Ase sis, one day at a time for me as well. I got this dehydrator over the summer and have only used it a few times but so far so good plus it’s super cheap (I have another inexpensive one I put on my store for the girlies as well). You know I keep the pockets in mind. Especially for myself.

      I’m blood type A. From the workshop I learned that A’s are naturally vegans/vegetarians (which is funny because I’m naturally plantbased just not solely vegan anymore). The meats we can eat (digest well) is chicken, hen, and turkey. I can send you a screenshot of my list if it’s something you’re interested in reading about!

      @@TheMotherhoodHealer i also heard that goats do well. I already knew I could really at meats and stuff lol. It blows me up and inflames me a lot. Yea share with me sis. I’ve done research as well.
