Thank you for sharing! How did you feel after the 30 days? I’m also A+ and see that most of my diet is from the inflammatory side 😂 I’m so sad lol I am allergic to several foods on the therapeutic side. I’m going to be so hungry.
@@bcoral8101 trust me I understand. My diet consisted of the inflammatory side too but I also knew that feeling discomfort in my knees and ankles at 30 was just not cute for me lol. After 30 days I lost so much weight, could do yoga better, walked and hiked with no ailments, and my skin started clearing up that I kept it up for 60 days. To me, it was about pushing past my taste buds to see how much better I could be with sticking with the therapeutic foods. ChatGPT can help you make meals with the list. Just enter all the foods you can eat from or check out some recipes on Google! You can do it beautiful!

Hey! I just found your page today and I'm going to try your recipes. My family and I visit Dekalb Farmer's Market a lot but I never knew they sold seaweed. It is really challenging finding seaweed without seed oils. Do you know the aisle or location in the store? I'm picking some of next week.

I’m not quite sure all the ingredients in the ones at DFM and I don’t remember the aisle exactly but it is on the right hand side with the dried goods near the dried seamoss. It’s maybe 3-4 aisles down. But I also have some seaweed sheets by Annie Chun’s and it’s strictly seaweed only no added oils. I hope this helps and happy shopping!
