    Some additional info and corrections:
    *Interactions with adrenaline, expired meds and cigarettes*
    The "dealer has no cigarettes" constraint for using expired medicine is a bit bugged. Here's a full rundown of it:
    Dealer thinks he has cigarettes if either of these conditions are true:
    1. He has cigarettes among his own items.
    2. It’s his first action of his turn and you stole his cigarettes during your previous turn
    3. If all of these conditions are true:
    a. It’s not his first action after items were cleared
    b. He had adrenaline during his previous action
    c. You had cigarettes during his previous action
    d. His previous action wasn’t spent stealing your last cigarette pack
    (Shooting or using an item is considered an action. When the dealer thinks he has cigarettes, he won’t use expired medicine.)
    The reason for this weird behaviour has to do with the fact that the hasCigs variable usually isn't calculated up to date with the actual gamestate, it's a turn behind.
    *Dealer using expired medicine more than once*
    The dealer can't use expired medicine more than once between shots. I forgot to mention that in the video.
    *Burner phone working differently for the player*
    This is a bit embarrassing, but what I said about the player always getting the same info from the phone is just plain misinformation. It happened to me a few times, and then I just assumed that was the case so I never tested it more. But as it turns out, the player using multiple phones at once can lead to different shells being revealed.
