Here on the public record we clearly witnessed a private security vehicle in use of blue lights with intent to personate a police vehicle , this is a very serious offence and you must act accordingly against the vehicle operator and security company / registered vehicle , all details of the offence including the vehicle registration and company are witnessed here on the public record, failure to act , or failure on the officer to record the offence for prosecution would be failing of the duty of the officer notified
And failure to prosecute by uk police service when undoubtedly public evidence is in the public domain , act immediately

I’d be proceeding he would have proceeded against you if there wasn’t video evidence to show that wasn’t what happened and he wouldn’t have care how it affected ur life would he. Making false allegations should be serious but isn’t and without video u could have spent time in custody. Which is disgusting when he was the aggressor to begin with. I had false allegation made about me last year it took a complaint to police and me providing evidence to be cleared and it recorded as a none crime by the police but it did cause me so much distress and they refused to do anything to prosecute him for the allegation that were proven to be false. I’d have sought justice if they had proceeded because those allegations are so serious.

This is why you’re best to say nothing to people other than that you’re filming for Facebook.
