Maida - 1 cup(200 gms)
Salt to taste
water as required
Oil - 1 tbsp
For maida paste:
Maida(All purpose flour ) - 2 tbsp
Water as required
For Onion Stuffing:
Onion - 2
Poha(Avalakki) - 1/2 cup
Curry leaves finely chopped - 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped - 1 tbsp
green chillies - 2 ( finely chopped)
jeera powder - 1/4 tbsp
amchur (dry mango powder) - 1/4 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1/4 bsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
