- I planted purple sweet potatoes on my garden and waited for months before it's ready to be harvested. Thanks to the fertile soil and rain. Today, I harvested sweet potatoes and made different dishes using it. I made plantsado lamanlupa, pinakbet and inkalti nga kamote. Thanks for watching this video. Keep smiling.

I also love the simple recipes that you cook (prepare) because I grew up with this as well. Fam bonding, and dining one my favorites too. Ben, here's an idea. Why dont you use that ironed sweet potato as a wrap. Cut some plantain (saba) banana then fry it with brown caramelized sugar until the banana is covered with caramelized brown sugar. When done frying, wrap it using your " ironed" sweet potato. That'll be one delicious desert or even afternoon snack.
