I feel her voice flourishes when she's not trying to cover a LP song, her voice has fluidity and playfulness. I hope she brings her flair and range from Dead Sara a little more to LP. I cant wait to hear From Zero! I'm sorry we live in this hate and prosecute culture. I'm embarrassed to be an American with all the shit we've allowed to become the norm. That was an awesome night and one of the best shows we did at PDX Spotlight. Emily Armstrong is a powerhouse singer and performer, but when she started to climb up on the gear and got to the balcony I was blown away. I have seen alot of shows at Mississippi Studios, but have NEVER seen anyone jump from the balcony. It was an awesome rock n roll moment and scary moment all at the same time.
