dorsett let me show you about my boat

a little trip out in my little red DorsettVideo back story:
A couple of weeks ago I took my 1959 Dorsett out for the first time this season.
I went “Exploring" and beached her for a while at a local park. When leaving I noticed the engine light flashing. It’s a new motor and I was far from my launch ramp, so took it the short distances to my Ex - wife’s pier in case I needed to tie up for a while. As I approached the pier my son, Aaron, came walking out to greet me. I hadn’t seen him in years and the last I knew he was working out in California, so a surprise. We determined the engine light was just a “time to change oil” message so we took her out for a quick spin together. He said the boat looked like something out of a Wes Anderson movie. If you aren’t familiar? Wes Anderson make quirky weird movies.

After all done and back home again, I messaged one of my other sons, Holden, about the encounter and the remarks on Wes Anderson. Holden said “I can see that,…the Life Aquatic and you look like Steve Zissou! (Played by Bill Murray)
