    I feel so blessed to have found your channel. My husband is from Czech but he passed away before he could teach me enough about Czech cooking. And his family can't speak English..
    I can use a lot of your recipes to cook my daughter food of one of her origins. We might not be able to find some ingredients in my country. But we can find alternatives, hopefully. Thank you so much! You're so adorable, like most Czech women I know 😍

    i lived in Czech for 4 months and i fell in love w/ the food....ate smazeny seer (fried cheese - dont know spelling) regularly with croquettes....and had the best fish dishes ever....never had better salmon and trout anywhere, as in Czech.... LOVE Czech food!

    Can't wait to make this for my family. My fathers Hungarian, is I make cauliflower soup a lot, so this should be a great surprise.

      Dekuji. :) Ano mate pravdu je to lepsi s tatarkou. Ve sve tistene kucharce jsem udelala lepsi fotku, kde je s tatarkou a take mam v ni na ni recept.

      I usually put little bit of salt into batter, but it will not be enough to make the whole cauliflower salty even if you add more. You can try it though. ;)

    We call this carfiol in Romanian. I grew up eating this. I haven't made this in a while.

    I like to eat cauliflowers with home made mashed potatoes and tartar sauce over the cauliflowers :-)

      Nerob chute! A uhorka alebo uhotkovy salat na stranu. Do not provoke my taste! And pickle or cucumber salad(water, salt, sugar vinegar) on the side.

    Can the oil be reused and how do you dispose of it. May sound silly but I've never deep fried anything.

      I would reuse it once again. You have to wait till it gets cold. I use a little strainer and pour it to little glass jar without the sediment from the bottom of the frying pot. If you are done and you want to dispose the oil, let it cool off. After that I put it into a container with the lid that I leave in the freezer. After the container is full I put it into a trash. I hope that helps. :)
