I've seen 2 in my life. Both were in Johnson bayou, Louisiana. One when I was a kid and we were checking on some cattle in the coastal marsh. One in college I killed that had half plumage
@@agranger17377able I've been shooting limits of Cinnamons the last couple of weeks in california. I'll trade yall Cinnamons for canvasbacks & bluebills. They are all over the pacific flyway.
They’re all over the place in Utah during the spring. I’ve seen over 50+ in the last 2 months. I also shot 2 of them in late October here as my first ducks.

Like in kern county we pass up on cinnamons because they taste like shit lol but they are pretty unless theirs nothing flying every duck that comes in is getting shot at. My friend got pissed at me for shooting at cins cause we had so many birds flying lol
I’ve shot a cinnamon teal 2 tears ago first time I ever saw one and it was in star valley Wyoming and usually we only get mallards and wood ducks and only Canadian geese

We see Cinnamon teal here in East Texas. My buddy shot two of them last year. I shot a Goldeneye last season. I thought I would never see one hunting down South.
That's odd I've hunted all over Texas shot alot of kinds of ducks out there, but I've never seen them there. Not saying you havent seen or shot them in Texas. I've shot alot of them in California.
Cinnamon teal come back to Montana every year to breed during the summer. They are common on small ponds from June through August. They never stick around until hunting season unfortunately. Beautiful bird.
Never seen a cinnamon but last late December my dad and I were out on northeastern Lake Ontario and he shot a Barrow's goldeneye which is a west coast bird. Your videos help me learn so much about duck and goose hunting. I'm 14 and have been in the field with my dad since I was 4.
Hey Bobby right now isn’t the best I just got tested and positive for Corona but when I watch your video make me think of hunting again thanks for always making my days better

Bobby, im just north of you in MP county. I too have only seen one cinnamon teal in my 20 years of waterfowl. Spring of 2018 turkey hunting in northern MP county i went past a small creek. Just happened to glance over and there was a STUD cinny with 2 stud bluewings. Pretty birds for sure
We get a bunch of cinnamons in ca. I missed 3 last year because I suck, but they’re everywhere in ca. I shot one that wasn’t plumed on opening day at the los Banos refuge as well.
Shoot cins in northern Utah, especially in early season and get beautiful cins in late late season. Shot a banded drake cinnamon teal about 4 years ago an he sits on my wall
