नमस्कार, thanks for sharing. Actually the meallybugs have wax like coating inside which are small 🕷 🐜 the soap helps to break the surface tension of the wax coating. At first stage the solution get ride out the elderly bugs and ants. But the tiny bugs are still safe in the coat. So we can again spray after 3-4 days as it will kill newly hatch bugs. In organic way we can use tobacco water along with garlic and detergent in it. Thanks, grow green and be ever green and healthy.🙏🏻🍀☘️🌿🌴🇮🇳

    Dear Ma'am,
    Greetings for the day.
What you have suggested is half correct. When you are cleaning the plant with spray. It will definitely remove mealybugs but there are lot of chances dropping living mealybugs in the pot along with the eggs. mealybugs lay 100-200 or more eggs in cottony.
so better to clean plant in slanting or sleeping position. Spray the plant with suggested soap water. Put bucket under the plant so that all mealybugs along with there eggs with fall into the bucket. Clean the plant till single mealybugs get removed from the plant. drain the bucket in toilet and flush it off.
If not possible to clean the plant then cut off the infected branches. and take one chance.
Keep the plant under observation for next two three days.
    Take care. Enjoy Gardening.

But as soon as I used neem oil on plants, I observed the next day mealybugs were still there but ants weren't. Since my main purpose was the mealybug's I didn't take much interest In ants. But now I am like ohhhh that's why there were so many ants and now aren't. Love nature! It's hella interesting. Thanks for the info. ❤️👍🙏

One day when I woke up, I found these insects in hundreds on my mustard plant!!. I didn't know what to do, so I just broke away the lower leaves as they had more mealybugs and used cello tape to remove all the bugs and my plant was saved!

    Hi!
I’m a big fan of you and your channel. Love the way you politely explain everything.
Last month I used Neem Fertilizer that developed fungus in my indoor plants and resulting into fungus Gnits problem.
Can you suggest a remedy to get rid of these irritating flying fungus gnits??
    Thanks

to keep it organic... i would suggest you use a mix of 3-4 slices of Garlic mixed in a ltr of water with 10 drops of Neem solution... its very effective...

Vinegar is a solution of acetic acid and water. In fact, if you buy grocery store vinegar that does not specify that it is made from grape wine or grain, it was made from petroleum.

Thank you for this video! Maybe if I had seen it soon enough...😢mine were much too bad and this did not work (although I did not rinse as you explain properly). It seemed like the bugs just hid in the soil (also added neem oil to the soap) and ended up pulling & burning all affected plants & still ended up getting poison spray, which got rid of them-but this is the food garden(!). I also got ant bait for around the containers.
