electrocute is good all rounder keystone for Talon however conq scales better and phase rush provides a different playstyle for talon, entirely personal preference.
Phase rush if u really need to dodge certain skillshots but honestly i like the damage from conq or first strike, game is kinda hard without those keystone but if u can make it work then it can be viable

I did. When talon uses ultimate you can either Q or Auto for the blades to go on her. I used my ultimate just before my Q finished landing.

Why use Conq with lethality? Number 0 near rune gives me confident anout this question.
conq gives a lot of ad, that with lethality means u will be getting a lot of damage off in your combos.

first strike talon u go duskblade prowlers/axiom. with conqueror u will go eclipse and black cleaver.
