so many cool things about this performance: musicianship, vocals, harmony, each player bringin their best, funky chops, unique guitar solo, classic lyrics, lil bit of grunge, funk..all blended here
I remember when I was about 14 back when Comcast had all those music videos and live performances on Ondemand. My dad put this video on and said “I think you’ll be impressed by the guitarist’s playing here.” When it ended I shrugged and said “yeah I guess it’s cool” trying to be the typical teenager. Inside though I was absolutely impressed and the song was stuck in my head for the longest time.
This song gives me the chills… The sisters are amazing together… I’d love to see them if they come to the East coast.I play guitar and my guitar teacher back in the 90’s said “what song do you wanna learn….absolutely no question it was crazy.on you…Nancy’s voice is incredible!!! And Anne’s guitar playing I’m trying to get but it’s not easy… they gotta put out another record/cd and try to write songs like barracuda and crazy on you … if they do they will knock it out of the park!!!! If you guys come to mass…I would love to play barracuda with you (for your practice before a show. Or live I got some fun additions to the song !!! I can do the entire song solos and all
Hi. Back to the previous comment. I think freddi is a fascinating person. But he upsets me .probably more then any other singer. Because so many of his songs are singing about violence.
Another great comment who gets it. As long as Ann and Nancy go out as Heart with a constantly changing cast of musicians, it's not Heart. It's just a cover-band with them leading it. That makes it all the sadder that all the guys from the original band are alive and playing well. The Wilson's for pigheaded reasons don't reunite with them. They know damn well the original band was magic and their egos prevent it.
@@zoso1980 We need the guy (whose name escapes me) who did the Bands Reunited series. If he was able to reunite Scandal after all of the bad blood that went down, I think he could put original Heart back together.
@@summermcpherson8209 He's sloppy and overplays a lot. I'm all for someone making a solo their own but not when it's not well played or doesn't really fit the song. Plus, there's a lot of really cool guitar parts that he just doesn't even attempt to learn or play like the volume swells in Mistral Wind which I think add a lot of atmosphere to the first half of the song or the way the two guitars play off each other during the verses for Kick It Out. Roger Fisher is still the best lead guitarist they've had.
Jeeze. Missing the 'magic' in Magic Man. Call Roger Fisher, Steve Fossen, Mike DeRosier and Howard Leese stat! The song just doesn't feel right. Bums me out knowing that magic of the original band is out there - all of them are alive and playing well - and the Wilson's pigheadedly don't bring them back. They'll go from a 1500 seat theatre to 5000+. It'll be pretty damn big and it'll be the real HEART.
She is just singing - not conveying any real emotion. That's why for a very good singer like Ann Wilson this performance falls short. I'm sure this is a difficult song to sing. After all what woman likes to sing a song written about a serious ex boyfriend who dumped them years ago.
The Wilson sisters are still great. 💖💖💖
I've seen HEART 50so times never disappointed! Rock On girls!!!
Now that's rock and roll at it's finest
They are rock Legends !!!

Don't 4get the "minimoog"
The guitars and synth. sound straight out of 1976! Perfect.
Kevi
Not really, original was a les Paul goldtop
I've been in love with Nancy since I was 15 and now I'm 56. Even today at the age of 63 Nancy still is as Beautiful and Talented as ever.
My twin was in LOVE with her too were 50 on the 15
Stay away from her lol yup I’m 56 and Nancy is my dream girl!!!❤️❤️

Fully agree- Nancy is a gem
Innamorato delle sorelle Wilson dagli anni 80, per sempre.

Keyboards were spot on! Thought I was listening to the album version for a minute.
This was awsome my dad seen heart 6 times back in the day this was a great video thanks so much for posting....
The way music is supposed to be
Poor Heart will never be the same again.
Yup, last taste of their greatness was when the original band did Crazy On You at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
I am so glad to be alive so I can see | hear them rock the fuck out

Might help if you knew that Nancy is the guitar player and Ann is the singer. Good luck though, that would be amazing.
Correct yo, attractive-Nancy is the talent with the guitar, Ann is the singer with the fabulous voice
Rock Royalty
Ann was having some voice problems that night. That’s the only time I’ve ever heard her suffering on her vocals.
Que excelente qué suena el minimoog
Nancy Wilson : I LOVE YOU, marry me
😂😂😂
Yes
Mike Inez from Alice in Chains on Bass!
made my day! ) Subbed
Good keyboard solo!
This is one sexy song
"magic ham".
brangelo spanks 😂😂😂😂😂😂 aww hell na
I invite any viewer to watch the OG, Roger, video w/host Eliott Gould. It’s on RUclips.
Makes the guitarist in this clip sound like a fool.
I've never watched OG, Roger, video, but I do agree with you, Roger Fisher's guitar riffs on this songs are amazing.
...and where is the worm now?!
Does anyone know who the keyboardist was in this performance?
Debbie Shair
Tara Cicora She is fab!
Tara Cicora yes, that is correct.

I cast my spell on you woman from a child :)
Omg 1st!
Keyboard player....glasses, pigtails....😜
Pretty cool chick
solo stunk. Not that I blame Heart etc...but it seemed once Roger Fischer left (or fired) their writing magic when right down the tubes.

She lost her magic voice.
UGH...Weak lead guitarist blows it from the start.
And it just gets worse and worse...
Edward Bernard that's what I don't get. I don't understand why everyone hates Craig Bartock. I think he's great, and his playing is awesome!

If she's still singing it now, she's probably over it. She still sings the 80s stuff even though she hated the music they put out during that time.
