I did Wado Ryu Karate for some time. After training, we went to the disco and integrated our karate moves into dancing. Don't worry-we took care that no one got hurt. It was so much fun.
With basic training in martial arts... I would say..they were performing KATAS (group of steps put together).. instead of full power and focus..they chose fun.. it's good to have fun.😊
