This was recorded 1988-89. Freddie died on November 24, 1991. Great to see reactors who truly love and appreciate Freddie and Queen. Thanks. Subscribed.

    FANTASTIC, Thank You Guys!!
FYI… There are HALF A DOZEN other “new” Queen songs, too:
When this new single was released last October as part of a commemorative boxed set for The Miracle album, it included SIX never-before-released songs from the 1988-89 recording sessions… So, there are FIVE more from that anniversary release (They weren’t put out as singles, but they’re on RUclips.)
ALSO… If you haven’t heard it before, there was a new song released back in 2012, from Queen’s 1984 recording sessions. That one is titled:
“LET ME IN YOUR HEART AGAIN”
(It’s one of my FAV songs)
…and there IS an official MV for that one.

BTW… Since you’re appreciative of Freddie, are you also familiar w his two NON-Queen albums: His solo Mr. Bad Guy album AND…
his album of OPERA with Spanish operatic soprano Montserrat Caballé?🫶

This song makes it feel like Freddie left us something new to feel that passion again. This was a song that was presented for the Miracle album but it just didn't fit so it never went past the first run stage. Brian and Roger were going through the Queen vault which is filled with lots of songs that weren't used on all their albums but were excellent songs anyway. Brian and Roger didn't think that there was enough of this song to do anything with but their tech people and engineers told them that with current equipment, they could definitely do it. I am hoping that in the future there will be a lot more songs resurrected from the vault, but for now, this is a wonderful gift for all us Queen fans.

This was written and recorded after he found out he was sick. It's like a gift he left for us. Well said gentlemen.

Loved your reaction, new subscriber. Gosh, isn’t this song just haunting? His vocals and the fact that it’s a newer release just makes it even more powerful.

An extremely emotive and superbly arranged track from these master musicians.❤ Could seamlessly be used as a new 'Bond' theme for any future Bond releases.

It never made the original Miracle Album 1989 everything had been recorded, they've since released a new version of the album which you can find on their RUclips Channel with everything which you've never heard before, and both Dr Sir Brian May ( newly knighted) and Roger Taylor have just bought We Will Rock You back to the West End Stage as well as solo careers

Went to number 1 in 21 countries and top 10 in another 20 countries on Apple Music. Kind of sad that a track that was essentially discarded by Queen as not being good enough to make the cut for an album can still compete with music of today. It took Taylor Swift (a modern day musical genius) to knock it off.

Great reaction. The song was written by Freddie and was reflective of his HIV diagnosis. It's hilarious, guy on left rich tones, guy on right, is the mic even on?
