Thanks for another great video, Paul. Yes, SDRSharp has a plugin available for directly demodulating SCA audio. It is a lot simpler than the old approach of opening up one instance of SDRSharp with a very wide audio bandwidth, piping that audio through a virtual audio cable, and into a second instance of SDRSharp to demodulate the 67 kHz SCA audio. Basically, the first instance is used to tune in the FM station (88 to 108 MHz), 'capture the wideband audio, and demodulate the wideband audio with the second instance. Here's a link to another RUclips video which describes the approach, and contains a link from where to download the SCATuner plugin for SDRSharp. Unfortunately, this plugin is not part for the SDRSharp Community installer. Thanks -- Ken/WBØOCV. Here's the link:

    Super stuff.
What a clean RDS signal from that "MPX" ouptut!
But puzzled why you just tried NMBM demod at 67 kHz, as there was significant modulation at a few 100 Hz on the waterfall. Perhaps AM DSB would have been better?

Hi Paul ,probably should have tried that , but the main emphasis of the video was on whats on the baseband unfiltered audio stream. Thank you for commenting

Hello 1RFsam.. Thank you so much for the first donation to the channel! And so very generous. I was not aware of the super thanks program until you brought it up. Thank you again Paul W1VLF

@@W1VLF Paul, there is a huge amount of Radio/Ham related channels on RUclips but yours is quite unique! Thank you so much for the great content! As an RF Engineer I really appreciate and enjoy it! :)

@@1rfsam I appreciate the kind words. Based on my subscriber count it seems to only appeal to RF "Nuts" like us.. I wish I had more subs, but thanks again for the heads up on the super thanks and the generous donation. W1VLF

RDS sub-carrier is centred on 57kHz, not 56kHz.
