The leather for the Asian market is on the matte side, same looks on the fake pair but it is a legit retail release of Nike. It also differs depending on the factory or origin of the pairs. Release on the Asian market are made in China while I believe the US market is made in Vietnam. The main difference between the legit and fake is the one you have pointed out regarding the elephant print structure in the back part, the triangular shape for the real pair versus the circular shape for the fake pair. Also the back of the insole for the real pair is more on the glossy side rather than matte for the fake pair.
When you pause at 6:43 you can see the clear difference in the stitching in the white part of the outer sole. The fake ones have wider stitches that don't go all the way to the end. But on feet, especially if worn for some time, no one could tell it's fake anymore. What about the feeling when wearing? Are they more stiff or something? Do they wear out faster? Is the glue the same they using on the real ones? What about the smell? I never had any fakes and can't tell Greets from Germany
Yeah I noticed that the front mid sole stitching is a bit smaller on the real pair. Far as feel both are comfortable but the fake have a little more padding so there a little more comfy but not a big difference. Far as the longevity I’ve had fakes that I’ve dogged and everything is still intact and I’ve had retails I’ve babied and still had sole separation. For the most part with normal wear they hold up pretty good
I myself may not be a consumer of cross da waters but I will say they did an amazing job with this 3! And I’ve seen pairs with the same leather that was retail
They not getting away with it I don’t pinpoint other ppl kicks especially if I’m there in person but the shoe does not look right. Even the perforated whole look too dark and like there are more than they should have

The red in the eyelids is different the stitching on elephant print in the front looks off. And there are no widows peaks
