When the kids were little, I would stock up the kitchen on my day off. In addition to soup, spaghetti sauce, beans and a bag of meatballs, i would make pie dough. I freeze it as "patties" the size needed for a single crust. These were perfect for quiche or pie. I like to roll out a crust in a rectangle and wrap it around a fruit filling. This was a good size desert for the four of us

Love this! ❤ Also shredding and freezing cheese has been a lifesaver for me. I use frozen for any recipe where the cheese melts. Works great on harder cheeses like cheddar and parm, never noticed a texture difference
