I think pink to make the boys wink Lynn 😊the pink dress was the 🏅 winner followed by the pale green. The cerise bag and a cerise fascinator would be perfect too. You would be the belle of the ball with the pink one on. I wasn’t keen on the first one or the second, I don’t like asymmetric hemlines or frills, I feel they age a person. I wasn’t keen on the cape part of the first dress either also quite aging I feel. But that’s just me, I’m not a flowery type either, maybe ditsy flowers at a push. But that’s only my tastes, I do realise that many people do like them. 💜xx

Yes, if you had the rose pink fascinator it would have added to the dresses, but you still styled them beautifully. I thought you looked absolutely beautiful in all of the dresses, and any bride would have been very blessed to have you as a guest! I preferred number 2 (less traditional) and number 3, but liked them all. Your hairstyle suits a fascinator, so I do hope you get the chance to dress up with one. Yes a different pink would have highlighted the dresses but I think we could all see the end result. Great choices for an event. Hi beautiful Petite Queen, That was such a lovely video. I have to say, the only one I didn't care for was the second dress, and I think that had more to do with the colors than the dress itself. The last two were my favorites. It really is fun to dress up, but to also be comfortable. That's not always an easy combo to achieve, but you pulled it off. That's because you are a queen fashionista. So much fun to watch. And the next most important thing is comfortable dancing shoes. We dance a lot at weddings here. Not sure how your weddings are. But there is usually a band or a DJ and the majority of the receptions are dancing, eating and drinking. LOL They all fit you perfectly, I thought. I don't think I've seen anyone else do a video like this, and you are right. Seeing it on someone else gives you a better idea of how it would look on yourself. You can't go by models. Their figures are just so different from the normal person's figure. They really should use models more on the realistic side of how most women would look. Wanted to tell you, you were right about watching hubby's carb count. I got so excited seeing the lemon that I forgot all about the carbs. So I'm thinking maybe for his birthday next year as a special treat, and what's left I can give away, so there are no leftovers. I don't blame you for not wanting to see the hurricane video. It's very devastating. I do pray we never get another one like Katrina. Oh, I do agree about the purse and shoes, matching the deeper pink color would make it pop more. Does anyone ever wear really nice pantsuits, or are all the women in dresses? I agree in that I think a beautiful shawl if needed would really look nice with them also. So what will you wear Sunday? Hubby has somehow hurt his shoulder and was on ice and heating pad last night. He'll probably end up at the drs. to get x-rayed. He was in a lot of pain. Hello darling Donna, thank you. All of the dresses have been sent back, I don’t need any, they were just for the video. I am actually going to a wedding tomorrow (Sunday) but just the evening reception so need for such elaborate dresses. I have to say that I got lovely comments from everyone except one lady, she said I looked horrendous and to not lower myself. How rude is that. Some people just don’t know when to be quiet, I mean, I value everyone’s opinion, and I know that out of all the thousands of views, it’s impossible for everyone to like everything that I show, but there is no need for nasty comments, then she said, please don’t be offended hahahah. She left 3 separate comments, 1st one a bit rude, but not too bad, and then the 2nd and 3rd were really rude, so I answered the 1st one politely, didn’t respond to the 2nd, and removed the 3rd. I’ve been warned about this happening as the channel grows, more people means more chance of negative and nasty. It won’t stop me doing my thing, and I’m not upset, just bewildered as to why some people feel they have the right to speak to someone in that way, and then the audacity to say, don’t be offended lol seriously, I’m dumbfounded. Anyway I just needed to sound off lol I’m sorry my love. Oh we celebrate the same here Donna, during the day it’s mingling, a meal, speeches and photos, then in the evening it’s all about dancing and having lots of fun. People wear all kinds of outfits, pants, jumpsuits, dresses, skirts etc, just very dressy outfits. I haven’t decided what to wear yet on Sunday, as I say it’s just the evening do, so no fascinator, and not as dressy as it would be if I was attending the actual wedding. Joanne and her partner are going but not Jamie, so I’m looking forward to spending the evening with them. We are making an en suite at he moment in what will be the main bedroom once it’s all finished. It used to be a temporary lounge, with the tiniest kitchen you’ve ever seen, we used it like that whilst we did all the work downstairs, so my husband has wrapped the old kitchen out, and he’s just doing all the pipe work now, we got the toilet and shower tray, but we haven’t chosen the vanity unit yet. I’ll film it as it progresses. There’s always something to do isn’t there. Oh dear, your poor hubby, he does suffer doesn’t he bless him. Just an idea for you, if you made cupcakes, you can freeze them, so you could let hubby have one now and again, just defrost on the day, a little amount of carbs should be ok now and again, no? Anyway I’m off now Donna, got a busy day today, need to drop hubby off at his club, go shopping, post office with parcels to drop off, film a declutter, and anything else that pops up lol. It's not perfect, but looks so much better. I not that worried on how it looks, as it's at the bottom of his closet, so it's not out in the open where anyone would see it. I just hated seeing the holes there. It bothered me. Hubby helped as best he could. I do feel bad for him with all his issues. But I just try to do as much as I can without needing his help. It's silly really, because he feels bad that I have to do so much as he's a man's man and hates seeing me take care of things that he feels he should be doing. So we tend to go round and round sometimes with him wanting to do more and me fussing him not to as it's going to hurt him more. I don't mind, really. I've always enjoyed tackling those kinds of projects. It's fun for me. It's a challenge that I like. Sorry, I got carried away with this one. Wish we were neighbors. We would have the best times. Oh Lynn, sometimes you do make me smile with your comments! Looking at your latest videos, you have put so much effort into this haul. Yes, if you had the rose pink fascinator it would have added to the dresses, but you still styled them beautifully. I thought you looked absolutely beautiful in all of the dresses, and any bride would have been very blessed to have you as a guest! I preferred number 2 (less traditional) and number 3, but liked them all. Your hairstyle suits a fascinator, so I do hope you get the chance to dress up with one. This video was so entertaining - so thank you for the effort it took to prepare for and make it.

Hi beautiful Petite Queen, That was such a lovely video. I have to say, the only one I didn't care for was the second dress, and I think that had more to do with the colors than the dress itself. The last two were my favorites. It really is fun to dress up, but to also be comfortable. That's not always an easy combo to achieve, but you pulled it off. That's because you are a queen fashionista. So much fun to watch. And the next most important thing is comfortable dancing shoes. We dance a lot at weddings here. Not sure how your weddings are. But there is usually a band or a DJ and the majority of the receptions are dancing, eating and drinking. LOL They all fit you perfectly, I thought. I don't think I've seen anyone else do a video like this, and you are right. Seeing it on someone else gives you a better idea of how it would look on yourself. You can't go by models. Their figures are just so different from the normal person's figure. They really should use models more on the realistic side of how most women would look. Wanted to tell you, you were right about watching hubby's carb count. I got so excited seeing the lemon that I forgot all about the carbs. So I'm thinking maybe for his birthday next year as a special treat, and what's left I can give away, so there are no leftovers. I don't blame you for not wanting to see the hurricane video. It's very devastating. I do pray we never get another one like Katrina. Oh, I do agree about the purse and shoes, matching the deeper pink color would make it pop more. Does anyone ever wear really nice pantsuits, or are all the women in dresses? I agree in that I think a beautiful shawl if needed would really look nice with them also. So what will you wear Sunday? Hello darling Donna, thank you. All of the dresses have been sent back, I don’t need any, they were just for the video. I am actually going to a wedding tomorrow (Sunday) but just the evening reception so need for such elaborate dresses. I have to say that I got lovely comments from everyone except one lady, she said I looked horrendous and to not lower myself. How rude is that. Some people just don’t know when to be quiet, I mean, I value everyone’s opinion, and I know that out of all the thousands of views, it’s impossible for everyone to like everything that I show, but there is no need for nasty comments, then she said, please don’t be offended hahahah. She left 3 separate comments, 1st one a bit rude, but not too bad, and then the 2nd and 3rd were really rude, so I answered the 1st one politely, didn’t respond to the 2nd, and removed the 3rd. I’ve been warned about this happening as the channel grows, more people means more chance of negative and nasty. It won’t stop me doing my thing, and I’m not upset, just bewildered as to why some people feel they have the right to speak to someone in that way, and then the audacity to say, don’t be offended lol seriously, I’m dumbfounded. Anyway I just needed to sound off lol I’m sorry my love. Oh we celebrate the same here Donna, during the day it’s mingling, a meal, speeches and photos, then in the evening it’s all about dancing and having lots of fun. People wear all kinds of outfits, pants, jumpsuits, dresses, skirts etc, just very dressy outfits. I haven’t decided what to wear yet on Sunday, as I say it’s just the evening do, so no fascinator, and not as dressy as it would be if I was attending the actual wedding. Joanne and her partner are going but not Jamie, so I’m looking forward to spending the evening with them. We are making an en suite at he moment in what will be the main bedroom once it’s all finished. It used to be a temporary lounge, with the tiniest kitchen you’ve ever seen, we used it like that whilst we did all the work downstairs, so my husband has wrapped the old kitchen out, and he’s just doing all the pipe work now, we got the toilet and shower tray, but we haven’t chosen the vanity unit yet. I’ll film it as it progresses. There’s always something to do isn’t there. Oh dear, your poor hubby, he does suffer doesn’t he bless him. Just an idea for you, if you made cupcakes, you can freeze them, so you could let hubby have one now and again, just defrost on the day, a little amount of carbs should be ok now and again, no? Anyway I’m off now Donna, got a busy day today, need to drop hubby off at his club, go shopping, post office with parcels to drop off, film a declutter, and anything else that pops up lol. I know people say, "hurting people, hurt others", or something like that. But I disagree, we've all had bad hurts at times in our lives. It's not perfect, but looks so much better. I not that worried on how it looks, as it's at the bottom of his closet, so it's not out in the open where anyone would see it. I just hated seeing the holes there. It bothered me. Hubby helped as best he could. I do feel bad for him with all his issues. But I just try to do as much as I can without needing his help. It's silly really, because he feels bad that I have to do so much as he's a man's man and hates seeing me take care of things that he feels he should be doing. So we tend to go round and round sometimes with him wanting to do more and me fussing him not to as it's going to hurt him more. I don't mind, really. I've always enjoyed tackling those kinds of projects. It's fun for me. It's a challenge that I like. Sorry, I got carried away with this one. Wish we were neighbors. We would have the best times.
