Ythundyth also a good way to get quite a bit of tp off of the king is whenever he shoots a whole bunch of the spades and lines get next to the lines before they disappear close enough to earn tp and it’ll charge some tp quite quickly

I am actively dodging the attacks, it's just that I'm doing it reactively, and it's best to only move as much as you need to. Too much movement can get you in trouble, although some attacks require much more movement than others.

If you mean the tree some time after the bake sale, if you go in circles around the inner area, it will get darker and darker, until you see a tree that was previously invisible at the top, with a switch in it. If you press the switch on that, the other tree will be gone. I hope this helps, if that's what you are referring to?

See this kid gets it he knows that in the ring around there are an even number of spades, and that each spade will only hit each other, therefore he lives and survives in the gaps
I didn't actually count the spades, I could see the safe spot by looking at the pattern and seeing that the second wave of spades goes where the first one does. Although nowadays I have much more bullet hell experience than I did back then, playing games like Touhou and CAVE, and also making my own bullet hells. Making my own has probably helped the most in understanding the math behind the patterns every time I do a no hit or something similar. Plus you get used to looking for safe spots like these, as a lot of bullet hells have at least some.

Plenty of other things that I've done that were harder than this have barely any views either. It's not just me, of course, many people have the same problem, more so than me. Some get no views at all, so I can't complain. This video used to have no views so I'm quite happy that it got to 100k and keeps getting more views every day. I appreciate every view I get though, even on the videos that get very little. But yeah, what I'm trying to say is, youtube doesn't really reward views for difficult things, you get views based on other factors. Which is unfortunate, but it's how it works.

I play bullet hell games... a lot of them (CAVE, Touhou etc..). Being a bit more serious, it's mostly just practice and the right mindset. I also did this back when I wasn't nearly as good as I am now, so it would be interesting to see how well I do nowadays. And I really like your fight by the way. Definitely my favorite by quite a bit in both Deltarune and Undertale (and I've no hit all the bosses in both).
Yeah, the hitboxes are a bit more lenient in Deltarune, but that's probably another reason why I like it more. It just feels better to dodge, and the grazing system is quite satisfying. Overall though, main difficulty from no hitting Undertale comes from Asriel, which is by far the hardest boss in both games to no hit. I'm saying this as someone who's done all the bosses in both games no hit by the way.

King no hit is the most challenging (other than jevil) but its so possible I get hit by the space part that targets you with red lines. 6:01 And the red chain that pulls your and spikes around the box. 5:44
It's actually Jevil that is the hardest to no hit. I no hit King on the second try after I did Jevil by the way. And I'd say that for both of those attacks, you mostly just need good movement.

@@serious5109 By "no hit", I mean I'm not getting hit. So of course a no hit is harder than doing it casually. And I don't know if sparing or killing is easier, I only attacked and never tried sparing. I think that both can be done pretty quickly if you optimize damage or TP.

You can do it, I believe in you. All it takes is persistence. Try analyzing his attacks to see how to dodge them, and maybe get better items if you haven't already.
I was kind of surprised myself. Originally there were people who did this a few days before me, so I expected it to not get too popular. I'm glad and thankful that I got this many views, it definitely gave me more motivation to do all the Undertale bosses no hit (which was a lot harder than this).
Well, the music in this game is pretty good. Although I didn't like most of the music too much (not that I disliked it, just didn't find it as good as some other music), Jevil's theme was my favorite by quite a bit.

I actually played Deltarune a year before Undertale myself. And yeah, you can use items and TP to heal your party. Some of the items are pretty powerful, although that doesn't really matter much for a no hit.
i got tricked in the jevil fight because i was playing mobile battletale and jevil is nowhere to be seen in undertale. btw, he's my favorite in deltarune
Ah, unfortunate. And yes, Jevil is my favorite boss in Deltarune as well. His boss fight is the most fun one I've done a no hit of in Deltarune/Undertale.
Just in case you're actually talking about the hitboxes, hitboxes are not the same as sprites in games, so perhaps you should check out the triple Jevil TAS hitbox video. That might explain a few things.

I was kind of surprised myself. Originally there were people who did this a few days before me, so I expected it to not get too popular. I'm glad and thankful that I got this many views, it definitely gave me more motivation to do all the Undertale bosses no hit (which was a lot harder than this).
Is it just me or do I only watch these videos just for the hearing of the music
Well, the music in this game is pretty good. Although I didn't like most of the music too much (not that I disliked it, just didn't find it as good as some other music), Jevil's theme was my favorite by quite a bit.

Thanks. Yeah, I think that Jevil should change that to "I can't hit anything" after this. And that attack is honestly easier to dodge if you just do it like I did.

I played Deltaruns before Undertale but I never know that you can heal yourself ._.
But at least I know that you can heal by Ralsei
I actually played Deltarune a year before Undertale myself. And yeah, you can use items and TP to heal your party. Some of the items are pretty powerful, although that doesn't really matter much for a no hit.

It's because some of the fights were done at 2x speed, as I unaware of the bug until I got to Jevil.

i got tricked in the jevil fight because i was playing mobile battletale and jevil is nowhere to be seen in undertale. btw, he's my favorite in deltarune
Ah, unfortunate. And yes, Jevil is my favorite boss in Deltarune as well. His boss fight is the most fun one I've done a no hit of in Deltarune/Undertale.

Just in case you're actually talking about the hitboxes, hitboxes are not the same as sprites in games, so perhaps you should check out the triple Jevil TAS hitbox video. That might explain a few things.
