I think we see a lot of aggro because it's typically less rare intensive than control decks end up being. I crack a lot of packs at the start of a set, usually 100+ but there always ends up being decks I want to play that I don't, mostly because I don't want to burn the rares too soon.
Sorry l missed this but watching now. I’ve had a horror few days playing a red green (really mono red with some green spells) that I know is a super strong deck but I’ve never played red and I just can’t get the hang of it. Losing all the time. I think probably this deck just doesn’t vibe with me. I was playing Boros convoke last season and made mythic in no time at all. And I loved playing that deck. I really want to try new cards though. I just don’t want to go crafting stuff that I won’t use. I follow so many people and they all show pretty much all their winning games so I don’t take their word for “this is a banger deck “. Have you any suggestions for a good upgrade to Boros convoke ? Do I use mice or the bunnies ??
Boros Convoke is still a fine deck. There's not much to upgrade to from the current set. If anything sime splash blue for the 1/1 pirate that makes a treasure, but that's been about it.
