I've bought one - replacing a 7'4" Grand.
BUT a K-800 can't be called a Grand Piano - simply because it isn't. It's a premium Upright Piano. A very, very nice one.

Toyed with the idea of K-800 for some time then eventually bought C. Bechstein A6; never looking back.

I have a Yamaha GHB 5'3 baby grand from 1984 that my parents bought used 30 years ago and they gave to me when I bought my first house. It's been a good piano but I would love to upgrade... The K800 is very tempting.. I think it would be an upgrade over my Yamaha but I would need to sit down and play to be sure.

This recording does more justice to the K800, previous recordings across youtube were played too harsh. Nice to hear K800's deep tone for the first time.
