This cupcake has a fluffy sponge oozing with a delicious biscoff filling and a light biscoff buttercream frosting.

Biscoff Cupcakes
Ingredients:
For cupcake:
-150g Stork spread/margarine (room temp)
-125g Light soft brown sugar
-2 Large eggs (room temp)
-150g Self raising flour
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-25ml milk (room temp)
-1tsp biscoff spread.
For filling:
-100g double cream
-100g biscoff spread
For frosting:
-200g unsalted butter (soft-room temp)
-300g icing sugar
-75g biscoff spread
-2tbsp milk
For decoration:
-biscoff biscuits
Equipment:
-cupcake tray & liners
-electric hand mixer/stand mixer
-mixing bowl & spatula
-scale
-large sieve
-apple corer/sharp knife
-2 small piping bags
-1 large strong piping bag
-1 large open star piping tip. I used size 1M
