​Adam Stokar is the Founder and CEO of Talent Llama, where he’s leading the charge in transforming the talent screening process through AI-driven solutions that ensure fairness and efficiency.
​With a deep foundation in software engineering, Adam has built scalable web applications that enhance operational workflows and user experiences. Beyond his technical expertise, Adam has personally interviewed hundreds of candidates for every position in his companies, from entry-level roles to VP positions, across all departments, giving him a unique perspective on hiring and talent acquisition.
​Before Talent Llama, Adam founded Club OS, a fitness CRM and sales automation platform that became one of the largest in the industry. Under his leadership, Club OS transformed how fitness centers managed leads and customer retention, ultimately leading to its acquisition by EverCommerce in 2017.
​Adam’s entrepreneurial journey is further enriched by his role as a startup advisor and mentor, where he shares his wealth of experience with emerging founders.
​Adam holds a Master’s degree in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information & Systems Engineering from Lehigh University. Adam is a proud dad and husband, with roots in Pittsburgh and a passion for basketball.
