I visited Aberdeen for the first and so far the only time in my life back in 2018. I embarrassingly sobbed at Kurt's memorial by the bridge. Didn't expect to do that. I turned 38 that year so I was only 14 when Kurt died and had wanted to visit ever since then. To finally be there and to see his childhood home and for so many years being so hung up on whether he commited suicide or was murdered, to finally be there just hit me hard. In that moment it really didn't matter. That was someone who achieved their life's dream, a dream that so many others will never achieve and it cost him his life. He either felt so bad and so defeated that he ended his own, or there were snakes all around him. Either way it's really sad and my heart ached for him.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for doing this. Not sure if I will ever be able to make it out there but this is amazing. I'm so glad you wrote something for Layne and showed us he also has a bench. ❤💕 Rest in Peace Layne and Kurt.

no offense to anyone in life or the ones who have passed on . I have to be brutally honest here . Curt Cobain was nothing short of a degenerate heroin addict, his life binding sins & battle with heroin & drug addiction is what killed him people make choices in life that sometimes alter their destiny, before their time on earth is up , addicts are selfish people because their behavior is all about themselves. this is what took this man his selfish drug induced decisions led to his own demise. my brother over dosed on heroin in 2015 & I myself was an addict for more than 43 yrs of my life , the only reason I'm still here is by the grace of GOD . there is nothing good about visiting a place of death for ANYONE. we cannot change our past but our future is up to GOD if we allow him to take control of our life's in faith of JESUS CHRIST.

Cool video but crossing the line sticking a cam over fences looking into people's property.
I could've shown you around town
Bring stickers next time!
Green house is gone tore it down 😅
My guy even sounds like Kurt!!
IKKK
you talk like kurt
I’m confused as to what happened first. Was it the gunshot first and the the lethal dose, or the lethal dose then the gunshot?
Are you serious? How could you shoot yourself in the head and then get up and do drugs?
@@southphillylillyyou understand my confusion.
Must be so strange whoever bought Kurt's house to live there. Probably did a massive refurbishment of it so pretty sure it looks very different inside now.
Did you go in Lindas' tavern?
O boy👀 scare-fee! Said in a squeaky voice!
Youre very polite. I love 5hat❤
Do any you guys think it’s possible that Mike was with Layne when he died?
15:29 the needle is sucks
You keep saying these are nice areas but they look like a dive to me. Makes me wonder what the bad areas of Seattle look like. But so much talent concentrated in that one area. And all met tragic ends. 💔
If you're not from a city, then you must not understand what is nice and what is a dive
the fencing is so much 😂 why do people even buy the property know its from kurt cobain do they expect people to stop showing up??
anyways no the garage is new too the who buidling the greenhouse was destroyed even the garage, theres a video of 1997 of people showing the old garage without the green house. i went in 2020 also made i video its on my channel. i find it crazy how there no footage of the property inside the house of lakeview washington
i’ve been searching for years to find footage of the interior of the house, there’s NOTHING 😭
Rock candy, Off ramp Hash after the bash ? 😂
We just give Layne's stuff to jerry. You didn't grt the memo
Actually, grunge IS dead...
When Layne lost demri he couldn't handle it
For sure. Maybe they are together now...
As an active addict, I can honestly say that this disease tells us to 'feck it' anytime we can spot the tiniest excuse to use.
The Dad of my 2 boys threw a nasty comment at me a few days ago saying that I'll end up like Layne in my apartment, and that he wishes I would just die so he could get on with his life.
It was like a knife threw my heart guys.
@@Racheltheirishlady well that's a very horrible thing to say to your kid! I am so sorry your dad said that to you. Take care 🥰
Get clean. You have 2 kids to raise.Do it for all of you.
@@Janie-ls5pg It wasn’t her dad, it was the father of her children. And it sounds like it was said out of love and desperation.
They are planning on destroying the bridge.. :/
I wanna go to Seattle so bad, man... I think if I were standing before Layne's condo, I would just stand there in tears the whole day 🥲
I work right across the street from Laynes place. See it everyday. Sometimes I just look at it in amazement from the roof of my building and just think.
Nice...and sad, tnx! Rip Giants! Fkn Nirvanaa!
I’m nirvana fan
Same I hate that Kurt Cobain is not here but when it’s somebody’s time to go, it’s time to go RIP
@@Charlie_130 i hate when people say one of those 10 most popular songs is their favorite
@@Charlie_130 bro Kurt cobain would’ve died any way
@@airsoftguncollectionsIt doesn’t matter if someone only likes the popular songs, they’re popular for a reason, don’t gatekeep music
@@UnidentifiedToastProductions fair enough i js generally think those are overated
Kurt was murdered unfortunately
No it was suicide
Seems like you're being overly guarded would have liked to see the Silver/Cornell house where Cantrell and Vedder both stayed when the scene was taking off worldwide...
I assume it's the same owner since 97? If so they must be quite happy with the attention and knew what they were buying. Have no sympathy for them whatsoever.
It is NOT cool putting stickers on public places especially memorials! Sooner or later someone is going to have to clean that crap off and it also makes it impossible for anyone to read what is being said! Don’t do this!
no offense to anyone in life or the ones who have passed on .
I have to be brutally honest here .
Curt Cobain was nothing short of a degenerate heroin addict, his life binding sins & battle with heroin & drug addiction is what killed him people make choices in life that sometimes alter their destiny, before their time on earth is up , addicts are selfish people because their behavior is all about themselves.
this is what took this man his selfish drug induced decisions led to his own demise.
my brother over dosed on heroin in 2015 & I myself was an addict for more than 43 yrs of my life , the only reason I'm still here is by the grace of GOD .
there is nothing good about visiting a place of death for ANYONE.
we cannot change our past but our future is up to GOD if we allow him to take control of our life's in faith of JESUS CHRIST.
also wonder about the music bank the rehearsal hall
Omg the crazy nights i spent there!
@@renaeely5574 it sounds like such a cool spot despite everything going on a hotel motel just to jam what a vibe
I really enjoyed that thankyou 🙂
Nacieron el mismo año que mi marido. 😮
Great video, but maybe don’t take pictures over gates
