Sugary drinks and foods, refined wheat products like white bread, bacon :(, potato chips, beer, icecream, margarine Aka, plastic fats that wreck the gut, pepperoni pizza- triple whammy, diet drinks fry your brain too, instant noodles, high omega-6 seed oils, french fries, white rice because of sugar spikes, cheescake 😢, because of high fats and sugar, corn fed meats. All these have negative effects because of triggering cytokines, AGEs, and we can add insulin spikes to the list. Eat for health, not just pleasure.
All sweetened foods and drinks are not sweetened with sugar any more, but instead are sweetened with high fructose corn syrup. It smazing how much obesity has increased since they started using it. And it is even in savory foods! And they sre only using it because it is cheaper than sugar. Seed oils used in practically everything from premade foods from the grocery store to all the fast foods so many people eat nowadays.. The seed oils are highly processed with chemicals which is not good for our health. Funny how people used to fry everything in animal fats like lard and somehow managed not to be morbidly obese like so many people now. The medical fields is still going by poorly thought out dietary advice from the past. And our children are paying for it now. As a child i saw very few, like two kids in the whole school, obese children in my school. Now you see many many children waddling around. And you dont see many kids olaying outside much. I played outside every day as a kid. But by the time my oldest daughter started school, she was trased and then bullied for being thin. She wasnt skinny, just thin. It's just a horrible shame we sllow this to be done to us and our children by corporations that make so much of our food and are profiting from our poor health.
Our ancestors live long until 100 years old and they ate rice in breakfast, lunch and dinner.. there's no problem regarding the rice .. what we eat now are almost all with chemicals...they injected the meat and spray the vegetables with chemicals which can be shorten our lives...our ancestors before ate the organic foods ...no oysters sauce, no Ajinomoto, no soy sauce and others ingredients...they only used garlics, red onions, ginger, tomato, turmeric, basil leaves, salts, black pepper, brown sugar, organic vegetable, fish and meat...I will try to imitate my ancestors soon😊

This video is unnecessarily repetitive and I feel it also is inaccurate and promotes hypochondria. I do agree that avoiding high carbs is a good idea, but one cannot ever fully avoid carbs. Rather than lumping things like bacon and white bread and pepperoni pizza should instead of being rock solid prohibited, the video needs to address what is entirely missing in the average American diet...MODERATION. Some idea of how much of these products are necessary to cause allergic or arthritic or inflammatory conditions would have been helpful. There are no totally bad foods recommended in this video excepting perhaps white flour and sugar, Actually some of the sugar substitutes were first attempts to produce an insecticide. We need to be dealing with learning how to properly moderate one's food intake...not just a list of no no's. The same problem exists with saturated fats. They are nowhere near as bad as seed oils that have been processed and also cooked to high temperatures producing triglycerides, which were never mentioned.
It’s difficult to totally eliminate all these things from our diet, but do try to cut them out if possible, especially sugar and vegetable oils, white flour, salt and processed meats…

Yes. There is one thing that hasn't been mentioned, and that is coffee. When I drink coffee it effects my hands/joints. The other thing is VitB's when I am low in these my thumb joints swell. When I take them the swelling goes down and pain goes. This was a great video. Thanks heaps 😊🙏
I found I got an inflammatory reaction in my knees that made walking painful after I ate commercial eggs. I switched to pasture raised eggs, and now I can eat all the eggs I want without any reaction. I presume it was something in the chicken feed that was passing into the eggs. I am sensitive to wheat, other grains, and soybeans, any of which could be in chicken feed.
Damn with gout, kidney, and arthritis problems almost nothing can be eaten that doesn’t affect you one way or another….sawdust seems to be the only thing you can eat.😤

A very informative video on the whole. The only thing I disagree with is the claim that grass-fed cattle is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids. Although the grass may contain thes fatty acids, much of it goes to waste in the mtabolism of the animal. The better choice is chia seeds or an aldae product.

I still have the rheumatoid arthritis even if I haven't eaten most of the dangerous foods for arthritis. But I have done dish washing a lot without wearing the dish-wash gloves for many years. I don't have the pain but I have the severe deformity of the finger joints. I remember my mother had the similar deformity of the finger joints.

I was absolutely crazy about breads of all kinds, but as life is not about pleasure, I quit eating them for the sake of my health.
