I am soon to be 31, pre-T and still have quite some time to wait for it, but this video helped me soo much. One thing that really hit me hard was the part about drinking and dissociating... I'm on the gel because the short acting injection is on a worldwide shortage. I will say for those in the comments, you *cannot* let others get exposed to this gel meaning you've got to be good with the timing of the gel and the showering before exposure. Also, said exposure can kill pets and other smallish animals quite quickly. You really do need to be responsible with the gel and be seriously anal about washing your hands and where you apply said gel.
Oh for sure Max!! I have a pretty elaborate routine to make sure that I have zero exposure to other people and pets in my household, including a separate laundry basket for clothes that have been used to cover the gel, and applying it after everyone goes fo sleep and then rinsing it off first thing in the morning before seeing anyone.
Good to know! I'm ftm, 29 as well, and I have a cat that I'd be heartbroken to lose. I'll have to keep it in mind when picking what option I want to go for (seriously I hate needles).
