      Depending on where you live they should grow. They don't last in the southern part of the US. I think they need really cold winters. Every time I have planted them here in the south the bloom the first year, they try the second year. Don't come up at all the third year.

    • @InfinityFinds-ge6gu
      @InfinityFinds-ge6gu Год назад

      @@susanfarley1332 that’s weird. They are supposed to come up every single year. Do you have them in full sun ?

    • @susanfarley1332
      @susanfarley1332 Год назад

      @@InfinityFinds-ge6gu I live in the south. Lots of sun. I have tried more than once but I think the winters aren't cold enough. I like hyacinths too, but when I plant them they grow, bloom, and never come back. I've seen them pop up through the snow in early spring when I lived in Illinois. Not in the south.

      I would of taken all of the plants 🌱 as well !!! Those tulips 🌷 daffodils aka Buttercups. They are the kinds that have bulbs. Lilies also !!! I have light yellow day lilies and they are so beautiful!!! Really nice 👍 find’s perennials and they didn’t take all of the pansies and left them in the bottom of the dumpster. It would upset me IF boxes 📦 of junk got poured on top of pansies. Pansies is a perennials also. As long as the cat 🐈‍⬛ doesn’t go outside they should be fine. My cat Riley doesn’t bother the flowers and he goes out during the day

    Dead head flowers on those tulips bit leave the leaves to die back naturally. You can replant them, at least six/eight inches deep, in your garden. Water them them in then leave alone. Bulbs don't like to be water logged. You should get bulbs flower next spring. Overtime the flowers will get less vigorous but you should get a few more years out of them. I leave my bulbs in the ground all year (uk) but I known some people lift them and store them in a dark cool place like a garage over summer and replant in winter. Just avoid getting them water logged, bulbs hate that and will rot away. Good luck.
