More often than not, we have heard stories about the various agencies (MOM? TADM? TAFEP? SHRI?) being ineffective against workplace issues, simply because Singapore is a pro-employer society. But I would like to keep faith about it, so could anyone share some really good actual success stories about them pulling their weight, and helping an aggrieved employee get proper closure?
