F2 doesn't have power steering and non oval performance is similar, stop acting like its a big deal, Pato strained his neck so bad from the g forces on his F1 test his time went down the toilet, you are indycar fans are a buynch of dorks.
Amazing he had no idea the DW12 had no power steering. I just hope Dixon told him before he set off. Plus you gotta love seeing Yuki get a little sideways on the power. Great stuff!
Indy car's Aeroscreen that can defend drivers also from direct hit of small parts that once Massa faced at Hungary 2009 looks like better than modern F1's "Halo".
no power steering but steering wheel still feels light because indycar's front downforce is many times less than a f1 car. btw that's also why f1 requires power steering - the downforce makes feel like there's a bear sitting on your front axel in medium/high speed corners.
It's still meant to be pretty heavy even with less downforce. So many drivers have went there and said they needed to bulk up to handle it, especially guys that come from F1. F1, in terms of upper body strength needed, is on the easier end in racing. It's more neck strength though that is a priority in F1 due to the g forces
I appreciate the video but sorry that made me feel sick.... please don't cut to another shot every 2 seconds. Don't need the music either. When I heard he was going to drive an Indycar last week I was really looking forward to seeing footage, and instead I feel like I've just watched a wannabe music video. I'm also genuinely interested to hear his thoughts on how the car was to drive, at length, not tiny edited soundbites. Sorry for sounding like a grumpy old man.
Don't apologise! We value your feedback. We are also going to be a sharing a longer edit that will have more of Yuki's thoughts on the experience and show some proper track action.
Let’s put Max , Yuki, Dixon 24hr Daytona with Acura in January 2025
Dixon is a Ganassi driver.
Max and Yuki could drive with Acura, Dixon will be in a Cadillac
Max, Yuki and Kalle Rovanpera >>>>>>> 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Yuki would be amazing in Indycar. I want to see him in an RB though after that, would be amazing to see him in Indycar.
Yeah, those IndyCar drivers are super strong for dealing with no power steering
Like F1 until 2000's
@@septianagista1409 I think they had power steering since the early 90s

YUKI TSUNODA🇯🇵🗾🇺🇸
I'd love to see him in Indy man. I think his driving style would work well since they can get a bit more aggressive than F1.
Yuki and indycar , awesome!
If he doesn't get that RB seat, please bring him to Indy, I wanna see Yuki WIN, or to IMSA Acura Hypercars, Let's go Honda.
He's never getting the Red Bull seat.
He is being done dirty. He needs to move to another team and shine, but I am hoping he gets at least a two year contract at Redbull.
@@yaacheese8643 Yeah it's annoying how his obvious talent is being wasted, because of politics
he'd instantly become one of my favorite drivers behind Pato and Herta if he ever somehow came to Indy but I would think he'd just go to Super Formula

Yuki goes full bore. and no doubt they briefed him on the Dallara before he stepped in. I wanna see more
He would fare great in IndyCar - perhaps just as good as Takuma Sato.
I would love Tsunoda in Indycar.
If Sargeant got a seat too, the F1 fans would flock to Indycar
Ha, never.
Indycar > F1
hope Yuki join Indy/IMSA🦅🦅🔥🔥
Did Lawson get a run? Dixon and Lawson 🇳🇿 🇳🇿

I want Yuki vs Immigration 😂
1 minute video of this? really guys?
yeah what a waste of footage surely. Even just show us some full laps, no cuts. I want to see the car moving around through the corners.
@@8bitAkumai agree but this track is ass 😂😂
This is only a taste of Yuki's Indycar experience, there will be a longer edit coming very soon - as you're right, 60 seconds is not enough
@@HondaRacingGLB thanks king
Why are these videos so short?
Don't worry, a longer edit is also coming soon
Song?
Yuki vs redbull seat
I really wish they would stop using F1 engine sounds and just let the real engine sound of this car shine.
Don’t go to indy. Demand the second Red Bull seat. This should not happen. He is better then Perez.
Everyone is better than Perez
@@bbtoddExcept Stroll
@ Checo is slower then Perez. That’s Checmate.
YUKITO!!
みじかーーーーーーい!!!!!
Yukiiiii !!!
If we add the f1 halo does the indycar looks better or it is just me?
So indycar is bring to the track in one piece like a nascar? What happen if it crash
I want to hear how different they feel to f1 when you watch indy car the cars look more loose or ignorant to handle ?
Yeah so do I, instead we get nauseating fast cuts so you can barely see anything and rubbish music

Yuki bottle it after 1 lap

I think yuki will have sucess in indy as compare to f1
Yuki needs to go to Indy!
He needs a better car in f1

@@HondaRacingGLB Thank you, that would be awesome! Sorry for moaning so much
He may choose to retire from F1 and lower his standards.
