Williams is becoming my favourite team on the grid. Not only are they the "underdogs" these days, so you're always routing for them to do well and watch the progression, but they've got talented drivers with likable personalities, a forward shooting and well spoken team principle, a hospitable work environment with good employees, but also a great social media team that provides us with these TV quality, mini docu-series episodes that other teams just dont bother doing for us.
I love this. This is the real F1 fan fodder. Seeing the team pull together to build the cars like this is fantastic to see. It’s the compensation for having to deal with the celebrity sell out culture that the rest of the F1 world seems to be drifting into. When the car arrives back in three boxes all leave is cancelled! Great work to all involved.
Everyone root and support the teams on the front of the grid. Then a bunch of us, always been here (late 80's... Even when my dad was furious for Lole), in the highs and the lows, as you said in Road to Franco. I prefer this aura around the team than anything else I can see in others... I'm really going to miss this next year. I just hope that we can rejoin you guys in the future... Although from what I can see I don't have much hope... Let's hope it's not the end of the road for Franquito... Let's enjoy these last 3 weekends, and best of luck for whatever comes next for the entire team. I hope that in the future we will end up with fans and team walking together again.

Great to see the high spirits that all mechanics and personnel work against odds/adversity. Really Williams is a hard working team as they have to manage with less and deliver more. Still remember when as a teen I had the poster of the first Williams World Champion in the hands of Alan Jones. Surely would love to see them at the top soon. Thanks for letting us see the engineering manufacturing behind. would be great that they let us in the manufacturing side with CNC machinery, Renishaw probes, CAD design, carbon fiber parts being made. As that can be as exciting as the racing itself.
Thank you Williams for giving all os us these kind of videos, it helps us connect with the team more and more, and understand more about the team behind the cars. Love from Argentina
I hope one day we get a documentary that follows one of the teams behind the scenes like this for a whole season it would be so cool. Maybe showing a season offset a few years so they can show more manufacturing details

The team mechanics are the unsung heroes of F1. We need more behind the scenes videos like this.
Let's go Williams! 💙
Premio 🥉 para los ingenieros ,! Vamos Alex & franco ! Good job.
This has to be one of the best F1 related videos I've ever seen. Such incredible insight. I could watch this all day and night and be captivated the entire time. Makes me a huge Williams fan watching this. Great work!
Big raise to Williams crew
8:43 they literally enjoyed their work.
Good Job !!! Congrats for mechanics !!! Go Franco !!!
@marianaezeiza5901
Aja?
2+2=4
@@marianaezeiza5901 ahhh. Gracias por decirme increíble.
incredible and lovable to all mechanic who work hard ❤ with all passion. The real heritage F1 team 🎉
Sad to see how much damage there was, but great to see you also show the hard part of F1 racing. No other team does this. 👏🏻
Greetings from Ushuaia, the end of the world, the passion you have for your work is evident! Many, many thanks
Thank you very much for making this video. It shows the real work behind what it is visible on TV. It shows how committed is the entire Williams team on making sure both cars are back racing in Las Vegas. With this team spirit, I am sure Williams will soon be back to shine in F1. Vamos Williams, James, Alex and of course FRANCO!!! 🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷🇦🇷
¡Vamos!
it's incredible to see the hard work and dedication of this entire team, well done everyone!
Williams F1 with the best clapback in recent times! Releasing a proper video of their work and work ethic to address the stupid rumor of them not turning up to Vegas.
Truly inspiring stuff. Best way to answer your critics! I respect you all that much more and am rooting for a win in the next two years ❤
Amazing job!!!
We need an hour-long video of the whole process, it's really captivating and interesting
I am a Colombian fan since 2000 when I was 13 years old and things like this make me feel the “W proud”. Thank you team! Let’s go for a better 2025
Might be one of the best videos posted from F1 teams in the last few years. LOVE this team.
You guys are heroes!!! Well done!! ❤❤
💙
vamos williams todos juntos empujando para adelante 💪
¡Muchas gracias! ¡Vamos a darle!
This getting recommended to me today is algorithm having a laugh too, lol.
More dropping soon!
I hope one day we get a documentary that follows one of the teams behind the scenes like this for a whole season it would be so cool. Maybe showing a season offset a few years so they can show more manufacturing details
Vamo arriba Franco representando Arg y Sudamerica!! 🇺🇾💪🏻
I want to see part 2.
wow. they uploaded this video a week before it happened. amazing.
Increíble trabajo de los mecánicos e ingenieros.
El taller parece un quirófano, impecable!!!!!
¡Muchas gracias! ¡Vamos equipo!
¡Muchas gracias! ¡Vamos equipo!
Love the three blokes carrying the hose/loom in the background. Shows great team culture working hard under pressure but still time for a little fun.
This is just fantastic. Lovely to see the real craft and talent behind the scenes, instead of just the glamour. Well done to the team!
¡Muchas gracias! ¡Vamos equipo!
I know it's part of the work, but thanks for the amazing work repairing Franco Car! We are 46 millones of argentinos driving with Franco! ❤ Thanks Williams! Great work.
Tell him to stop crashing! He already caused 1.8milllion in damage costs in just 5 races!
@@Redlingstein Sorry man, i hope this doesn't affect your personal economy.
THIS IS F1. To quote Murray Walker "It is a team sport" (Suzuka 2000). We often see drivers, team principles, race engineers and the speedy pit stops, but I amazed by this. As an engineer myself, I respect these professionals a lot! Fixing cars in a window of less than 24hrs. RESPECT RESPECT RESPECT!! I don't care where who ends up or whatever, we ought to respect the folks who entertain us by sacrificing the social sides of their lives, those folks who are so passionate that they inspire us!
Thanks for posting this video!!
Onward Williams! Greetings from Brazil. I hope they return to their times of victory and glory. Good work!
